San Tan Valley is the newest addition to the South East Valley, and is actually not yet even incorporated! Named for the San Tan Mountains that border the south of the city there is a very large amount of new construction happening almost constantly.
Apache Junction is on the very North east corner of the South East Valley and abuts the gorgeous Superstition Mountains. It was incorporated back in 1978 and still has a lot of the original western flair that begat it. There is still plenty of growth occurring though, as well as investment opportunities!
